I stay at this hotel twice a year and I'm very satisfied (stay from March 17th to 21st, 2026). There are restaurants and shops nearby, and it's close to the city center. Thank you to Joshua at reception for his warm welcome and kindness.

The receptionist was very professional and extremely attentive. Very pleasant, a real ray of sunshine despite the gloomy weather. The bedding was comfortable. The room was clean, although a little freshening up would have been nice.

I just stayed at this hotel Sunday evening. The welcome was super friendly, and the same in the morning. Breakfast had a really good selection. The room was simple, but I slept very well and there was no noise. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Bergerac. Best of luck to the staff!

25/03/2026: Neither good nor bad. This hotel must have seen better days. The bedding was very comfortable. Our room faced the road, and we didn't hear a thing. The bathroom in our room is outdated and needs renovating. As for the reception, I wouldn't call it warm, but rather distant, and a smile was hard to come by. We didn't have breakfast there.
01/01/2026: Very good, but not enough staff to serve everyone they had at lunchtime on December 25th. Best of luck to them. However, it was very good.

16/12/2025: It's a lovely, charming place that recently became a tea room where you feel right at home... comfortable sofas, plush armchairs that create the feeling of cozy nooks and crannies, a fireplace with a crackling fire, and excellent scones and pastries. All positive points for a pleasant time.
06/12/2025: A lovely discovery thanks to social media! A truly cozy tea room, beautifully decorated, with a friendly welcome and delicious Viennese hot chocolate. I highly recommend it.
