We booked a night at this hotel at a very reasonable price. Our room was renovated with new bedding, and the shower area was completely renovated and very well laid out. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely return. Franck

Although the hotel is located in the heart of a commercial area, its excellent soundproofing shielded us from traffic noise and the sounds of nearby restaurants. The young man at reception was very friendly and professional. Our (superior) room was clean and functional. Private parking with a code. I recommend this hotel.

A decent hotel for an overnight stay, unless you happen to have very noisy neighbors. But that's not the hotel's fault. The breakfast was nice; I particularly enjoyed the seeded bread.

I stay at this hotel twice a year and I'm very satisfied (stay from March 17th to 21st, 2026). There are restaurants and shops nearby, and it's close to the city center. Thank you to Joshua at reception for his warm welcome and kindness.

The receptionist was very professional and extremely attentive. Very pleasant, a real ray of sunshine despite the gloomy weather. The bedding was comfortable. The room was clean, although a little freshening up would have been nice.

I just stayed at this hotel Sunday evening. The welcome was super friendly, and the same in the morning. Breakfast had a really good selection. The room was simple, but I slept very well and there was no noise. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Bergerac. Best of luck to the staff!

12/08/2026: A beautiful and pleasant place. The service is excellent, friendly, and with lovely smiles. It's wonderful to experience these smiles, which are sorely lacking in many other establishments.

03/07/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars, but my experience was a year ago, so take it with a grain of salt. I did get a Big Mac, but it was honestly a joke. There was hardly any salad, a piece of meat, chips, bits of onion, all wrapped in a paper bag.
30/06/2026: Orders are always hot and complete, however the milkshake machine often has problems
