Small restaurant run entirely by an older lady. The food was exquisite, but the portions are slightly smaller than we are used to in the Netherlands. However, it tastes many times better than at home. You do need patience, but you are rewarded. Highly recommended if you want to try a different cuisine while on holiday in Bayeux.

The owner is very kind and runs the restaurant, cooks, and serves all by herself! The reviews commenting on the wait time are quite cheeky; I'd like to see you try managing 20 starters, main courses, and desserts all at once... and alone! We received a wonderful welcome with friends, and it was the best meal in Bayeux, which is a tricky place for vegetarians. The rice was good, the vegetables fresh, and the special soup was delicious. We also ordered doughnuts to round off the meal perfectly. She plans to close in a year, so go visit her before it's too late!

Pizza Sprint

02/08/2026: I'll keep it short and sweet, you know how it is: Passing through the area on vacation, Pros: - The Chicago Burger and Madrid limited edition pizzas are excellent! - Good crème fraîche, just the right amount of salt, a pleasantly thin crust, and generous toppings with quality ingredients. Negatives: - The price: the XL is €18.90, with no special offers except on Tuesdays (when they're all €11.90). Thinking of the locals, I find it expensive. - A second promotional day would make customers even happier ;) Tips: - Buy your drinks at the grocery store almost across the street (Viveco Market); Fuze Tea certainly won't be €4.20 for 1.5 liters. Enjoy!
