Restaurant Chaussard sur Ouroux-Sur-Saone

I highly recommend this waterfront establishment. The change of ownership in early 2024 has not affected the spirit of the place.

A place that doesn't look like much. A very good experience. The welcome, the service, the meal, the meeting with the chef, everything was perfect. The meal was very good and plentiful (frogs, pikeperch, fried fish). We highly recommend it. A very good family time. Our 2 and a half-year-old daughter loved the frogs' legs.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant on the banks of the Saône. The plates were plentiful and delicious! Impeccable service and welcome! We will be back 🙂

We were well received, with top-notch service and quality cuisine. We recommend it 1000% from starter to dessert; the terrine was a great success, not forgetting the frogs and a pike-perch with a more than wonderful poached egg sauce. We will be back with great pleasure.

Not bad, but it's still relatively expensive, especially the wines, for this kind of no-frills restaurant. The little waitress (a student) is top-notch 👍🏻 20/20 The rest is unsurprising, which is a shame.

Very friendly waitress, chef who checks on customers at the end of the service. The menu isn't extensive, but for me, it's a guarantee that what you eat is fresh and cooked on-site, not bought from who knows where... For those who love ingredients, I recommend the escarboeuf... I hadn't been here in years, but I wasn't disappointed.

The restaurant is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the Saône. The dishes are generous and delicious. The staff is pleasant, welcoming, and friendly. We highly recommend it. Accessible next to the blue cycle path.
