Great pool area, but no a/c in the rooms

Having stayed there for a short week on a group holiday, I loved my time at this hotel: incredibly friendly staff and a family atmosphere, delicious and generous meals, a wide variety of choices at breakfast, a lovely pool, and a great location near major cities! And their guide, Sandrine, is truly amazing. The only slight downside is that not all rooms have air conditioning.

No complaints whatsoever. Warm welcome. The staff is particularly pleasant. Very comfortable rooms (excellent bedding), and impeccable cleanliness. We loved the breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. Delighted with this experience, we will definitely be back.

A truly wonderful place! All the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. I let the witty and slightly cheeky waiter choose my dinner, and I wasn't disappointed at all. He recommended local tapas, and he was absolutely right! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

A top-quality hotel and restaurant with an attentive team, it's a family affair and it shows in everything, especially the generosity and hospitality. The cuisine is homemade and typical of the Basque Country. We highly recommend it!
