03/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The welcome was warm and friendly, and the dishes were truly exquisite. I chose the Basque-style chicken with a modern twist: the meat was perfectly tender, never dry, and the pepper sauce was incredibly delicate. My wife loved her cucumber and mint gazpacho, which was very refreshing and perfectly balanced. The homemade desserts are also excellent. Special mention goes to the lemon and blueberry fromage blanc mousse, which was light, delicate, and bursting with flavor. A truly wonderful place that we are happy to recommend!
