I received a very warm welcome and helpful information at reception. The pool and relaxation area are small but pleasant, and the marine rain scrub was satisfying. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Despite ongoing renovations, the hotel is very comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. Special mention to the Head Receptionist. The thalassotherapy center is excellent.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied.
I will definitely return.

We have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past three years because we appreciate its comfort, its pool/indoor spaces, and its restaurant.
However, we are deducting one star because the bartender, Cécile, scolded our four-year-old child (in an aggressive tone) for playing with a small toy car that the hotel provides for young children.
I think it would be more sensible next time to speak to the parents directly rather than a four-year-old, especially since this was our fifth stay at your hotel and our son was used to playing with these cars, which were always allowed. Unfortunately, some rules seem to change depending on the staff on duty.
I complained to the restaurant manager about this unacceptable behavior towards a child, but nothing was done about it. No doubt the owners of this hotel want to be very "kids friendly" given the services put in place for children (games room, welcome gifts for children on arrival etc.), the staff present that evening unfortunately did not live up to expectations.

A midweek hotel stay with Thalasso treatments and half-board during the renovations. Admittedly, the construction doesn't allow for complete relaxation, with the noise of drilling in the Zen lounge and spoiling the view. However, it only affects the week and should be finished by 2026. I don't know if it's related to the construction, but it's cold in the common areas. The temperature, however, is adjustable in the rooms.
We encountered an organizational problem because the treatments were scheduled for the morning, from 9 am to 1 pm, and the room had to be vacated by noon. While there is luggage storage and changing rooms, it's still less convenient and requires having your bags packed before your treatments. It's a real shame.

The waiter wasn't very friendly when we told them we wouldn't be having alcohol... the wine glasses were quickly removed from the table. As for the main course, the two chicken fillets lacked flavor; that's the problem with low-temperature cooking. Browning the fillets in butter before serving would have added more flavor. Otherwise, the view is nice.
