After a wonderful New Year's Eve and a Valentine's Day filled with treats and surprises at La Musardière, we're continuing the good times.
TREATS, thanks to the quality of the family atmosphere, the charm of the establishment, and the ever-present attentiveness of the waitstaff (welcome to the newest member of the team 🤗).
SURPRISES, thanks to the creativity of Chef Benjamin, who constantly finds unexpected combinations with local products.
The unusual and the indulgent were the order of the day for our Valentine's Day menu 😋
The pairing of scallops with apple, cordon bleu in a potato emulsion, Neuchâtel sorbet, and finally, the perfect balance and finesse of a blackcurrant and white chocolate combination…👏👏
Perfection is definitely monotonous…but so delightful 😉
I mustn't forget the kitchen brigade, the unsung heroes, the invisible artists!
Whether beginners or experienced chefs, apprentices or section chefs, you are like soloists in an orchestra, all under the direction of Chef Benjamin.
You create original dishes that delight our tables and our taste buds.
And the magic happens every time the lights come on in the kitchen.
For all of this, thank you for your talent. You have a wonderful profession; hold on to your passion.

A delight! We were thrilled with our stay at La Musardière. The Valentine's Day meal was delicious and generous, featuring local produce. We had a restful night (the bedding was top-notch and the rooms very pretty). And what can we say about the welcome? Everyone was incredibly attentive ✨ We recommend it 1000%!

A wonderful lunch experience at La Musardière: very easy booking, a beautiful establishment ideally located just steps from the museum, a very warm welcome, and impeccable food. Highly recommended.

La Musardière restaurant invites you to indulge and relax. Initially planning to have a coffee, I couldn't resist the tarte tatin and a glass of Vouvray to accompany it. The biscuit, the caramelized apples, the vanilla notes of the Vouvray... a truly delightful experience. The staff is professional, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

The New Year's Eve gourmet menu was superb. I loved the citrus-based starter, the scallops were excellent, the capon was impeccable, the dessert was a little too chocolatey for my taste, and my husband finished my portion. Very good. I 100% recommend this restaurant. We will gladly return for an inventive menu like the one we enjoyed.

My partner and I had dinner there over the Christmas period. We were delighted to find the restaurant open. We also received a warm welcome. The cuisine is local and sustainably sourced, and above all, EXCELLENT. The menu changes regularly according to the seasons. Chef Benjamin Revel's expertise is on par with that of a fine dining establishment. I will definitely return. In the spring, it's an essential stop after visiting the village of Giverny.
