I used to go there when I was little with my parents. A fun break nearby that's still relevant at over 40. The management has changed, but I still enjoy tasting it just as much.

To round off our weekend, we had a lovely coffee on the terrace at Sel et Sucre. After visiting the underground church, we stopped again to enjoy the duck and fried salad: a delight. The quality of the products was identical to the quality of the welcome. We obviously weren't hungry at all, but we let ourselves be tempted by a lemon sugar crepe 🍋 wow... A true delight. Thank you for everything; we're leaving with a superb last experience in your region.

We were visiting the beautiful town of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and its underground church with some Japanese friends. While out walking, I came across this restaurant, first for a drink. My three friends had gone to visit something. When I saw the daily menu, I called them to tell them I'd found our restaurant for lunch... First, a friendly welcome for my drink, then a table reservation, and I'm glad I did because the restaurant quickly filled up. It's no surprise, because in addition to the crepes, they serve other dishes and the daily menu with fresh, local produce. The braised ham in mushroom sauce with homemade fries and salad was absolutely delicious, and for dessert, a delicious crepe. The wine, even by the pitcher, was really very good. In short, quality service, delicious, homemade food in a bucolic setting—what more could you ask for?! We'll definitely be back!

A stop on the way to vacation... and what a lovely surprise... a beautiful terrace... the daily special: sirloin steak and fries for €22.50... an extensive pancake menu... and a homemade chocolate crepe for the wife, a marvel... €70 for 2 with an aperitif and wine included, perfect value for money. Thanks to the service, with a top-notch server and owner.

I recommend this restaurant for families. The prices are average, but the dishes aren't generous. The tables are perhaps a little too close together. The staff is very attentive and pleasant.

Very good value for money. Service was a bit slow even though we arrived at 2 p.m., after the 12 p.m. rush. Would definitely do it again.
