Excellent welcome and service!! Exceeded expectations Thank you

We are regular customers of the Crocodile restaurant. However, we were disappointed on our last visit. There was a significant difference in quality in the food (the children's hamburger was cold and dry). We waited quite a while for our meals (one of the children's meals arrived, then 15 minutes later the second, and another 10 minutes later we received the rest of our order). When the waiter brought the bill, we noticed two major errors: a third children's meal and a €24 meal that we hadn't ordered. Fortunately, we pointed out these issues to the waitress at the front of house (perhaps the manager?). She was very kind and understanding. She corrected our bill and offered a discount without us even asking. We understood that there had been a staff change for the summer holidays and that it would take some time to adjust... We'll gladly come back nonetheless!

My wife and I are regulars at this restaurant, we go back almost once a month and we'll definitely be back again. Attractive prices, unlimited drinks (soft drinks, beer), and an all-you-can-eat seasonal buffet—I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

We were welcomed and served by Charlotte, and we had a wonderful family meal. The food was delicious and the staff very welcoming as always, especially Charlotte, who was perfect in her assistance and service. A big thank you, and we'll be back very soon.

A sure thing at first!!! Well, what a disappointment this time!!! Disastrous service where the poor waitress ran around profusely apologizing… an all-you-can-eat buffet that they emptied by 8:45 pm… it was only "all-you-can-eat" in name because it was impossible to serve yourself, so arriving at 8:30 pm, the least they could have done was warn you instead of selling you a load of rubbish… a beef burger that looked like anything but beef. I can't wait to get to the register and confront the supposed person responsible for this fiasco 🙄. Well, too bad, this so-called manager hid in the kitchen and preferred to let his servers take the blame for his lack of professionalism… pathetic 🤷‍♂️
