Having been a classroom learner, I graduated in December 2023. Today as a customer I would like to thank Audrey Alland for her kindness and warm establishment. I highly recommend this restaurant! 😊

Wonderful food and excellent service To repeat

Serendipity took us off the motorway in search of a light lunch. We were delighted by the menu, service and food at La Formation Gourmonde. Under warm sun we sat outside on the terrace. We tried a sweet Vendée aperitif called troussepinette made with black thorn shoots and local wine to accompany pizzette amuse voucher. Lunch was true bargain: sanglier terrine and carrots mimolette to start. We both had the aiglefin with creme de chorizo accompanied by a brilliant courgette flan. The desserts sounded great but we had more miles to go. Top compliments to Audrey, director and manager, and her staff.
