Excellent, authentic Algerian cuisine in an equally authentic setting. I helped open it myself a few years ago, and unlike other places, this one has managed to retain its charm. I know I won't be disappointed at Chez Darna. Well done to the whole team!

A huge thank you to Koussaïla (I think his nickname is Koukou) for his warm welcome, kindness, and infectious good humor. Despite his busy schedule, he always kept smiling and was incredibly attentive. It's a real treat to have such a wonderful waiter, who makes the experience extraordinary thanks to his kindness and professionalism.

Excellent restaurant!
The lamb shank is absolutely divine! So tender you won't even need a knife!
The servers are friendly and attentive, and the service is quick.
Don't hesitate to try the lemonade!
We live too far away to come often, but it's been perfect every year, and we'll be back, insha'Allah wa bi idhnillah!
Barakallahu Fikum.

For me, this is the best Algerian restaurant in Paris. Family-run and honest. Always very fresh, and served with their usual warm smiles. You have to try their daily specials, which change every day. The grilled meats are always perfect. You absolutely must try their fried sardines (they're amazing). The same goes for their lovingly prepared stews. Their success is well-deserved. A must-visit when you're in the neighborhood.
