Restaurant D’asie sur Saint-Gratien

15/07/2024: I wanted a pizza (I'm more of a thick dough or pan dough person in restaurant chains) and I decided to order for the first time from Domino's Pizza via their site. I am asked to choose the delivery time (I choose 8:30 p.m. and it's a Friday): first small "disappointment", the delivery man will arrive 18 minutes late. This is not huge of course but, as with certain competitors, I regret that the site offers its customers the option of choosing times which will not be respected. I consider that their computer system should be able to take into account the number of orders already placed per restaurant and per time to remove the overly requested slots in the proposals to customers (nothing against the staff who work at the restaurant or the delivery people because if they have a lot of orders to process at the same time, inevitably some will not be able to be honored on time and they have nothing to do with it). Other disappointments, the fact that you cannot select the pan dough on the XL pizzas (too bad, I came for that in the first place...) and the taste of certain ingredients (I found that the beef tasted flamé didn't add much - I would even say that classic minced meat would be better, that the fried potatoes had a slightly sweet taste which I'm not a fan of, etc.). For the positive points, the system for monitoring the progress of the order and delivery is rather well done, the size of the XL pizza which is a real large pizza, the taste of certain ingredients (the roast chicken for example: simple but effective), the very reasonable price of the pizzas compared to certain competitors (correct price with the reductions which exist on the site), the respect of my order (because I had taken pizzas to compose yourself), the fact that the pizzas arrive hot and hold well and the friendliness of the delivery person (I specify all this because this is unfortunately not always the case). In summary, mixed experience for my first time in this restaurant, hence my rating of 3 out of 5 (I don't rate the atmosphere since I had it delivered).
