Very pleasant and very attentive staff. However the fish was cold and had no taste. Too bad it ruined the meal. Starter and dessert full of color and flavor.

Very good gourmet restaurant. Local cuisine, the vegetables come from the restaurant's vegetable garden. Olein product discovery from the region. The setting is nice and calm for dinner in the evening under the lime trees. The welcome is very pleasant, we were taken care of throughout the evening. I advise you to take the accompaniment of wine to make a great discovery.

A particularly fine meal for the taste buds and also very pleasant for the eyes, arousing the desire to eat sophisticated dishes. The presentation of the dishes is particularly careful. Frankly, I particularly enjoyed all the dishes after appetizers. A presentation of different tomatoes from the garden. The fish: a trout crossed with salmon from the Clermont region, then a local meat cooked on a Japanese barbecue of exceptional tenderness that melts in the mouth with small vegetables, and a dessert with peaches and verbena ice cream as a common thread. Then chocolate pastille and salted butter crumble and toasted hazelnuts.

Exceptional cuisine and exotic setting. The sommelier gave very good advice, we really had a great time despite the absence of air conditioning in the middle of a heatwave. Be careful though, the restaurant does not take holiday vouchers (contrary to what is indicated on the ANCV website).

An excellent address, attentive service. Being pregnant and also not liking tomatoes they adapted to the dishes that I could not eat by offering me other dishes without making me feel uncomfortable. We loved this place, from the appetizers to the sweet treats, everything was delicious. do it. Not. knowing the menu before tasting allows us to remain surprised and to be won over. Excellent, very fine meal where flavors and dishes mingle. Lunch service on the terrace under the lime trees. Caring, smiling and very competent staff. A sommelier who allowed us to discover exceptional wines. A star 🌟 completely deserved... looking forward to repeating the experience.

Very pleasant experience at the Restaurant de la Loire, for a first dinner in this establishment. We were treated to a menu adapted to our dietary constraints (vegetarian diet), very carefully crafted, and mainly highlighting vegetables grown directly in the restaurant's vegetable garden. Many thanks for this adaptation. We enjoyed everything: - the cuisine from appetizer to dessert, modern, direct, readable and full of flavors; - very friendly and professional service; - the wine and aperitif suggestions which perfectly complemented the taste experience.
