What a wonderful time! An absolute success tonight for my wife's birthday. What an excellent idea to introduce the team: it immediately sets the tone and perfectly reflects the spirit of the restaurant. With each delicious course, we felt both close to the team members, easily recognizable for their humility, and truly welcomed as guests, thanks to their expertise in their respective fields. BRAVO to all! We will return with great pleasure and will certainly spread the word that this is an absolutely essential restaurant.

Beyond the adjectives "Incredible culinary experience," "Magical," "Exceptional"... and others I'm forgetting, which only reflect the opinions of those who (badly) use them... ...a place and a cuisine that you simply must discover. FOR: its discreet and refined welcome, its attentive but not obsequious hostess and staff, its airy, charming, and relaxing setting, its inventive chef who will offer you delicious and surprising dishes—because that's what we came for, and now we want to come back often..., its gentle touch. AGAINST: Nothing!

Impeccable service, congratulations to them, they are the heart and soul of this restaurant. The dining room is decent, and it's clear that renovations were carried out the following week to improve it. The seven-course tasting menu is well executed, except for one dish, hence the rating: a reconstructed game medallion with burnt Brussels sprouts. It's a deliberate choice by the chef, but there's an issue with the texture of this medallion, and the sauce isn't as crisp as the Nantua we had earlier. No cheese trolley in a Michelin-starred restaurant is a definite drawback for me. And the dessert is a classic combination, seen and done before, which works very well but isn't exactly innovative in 2026. As of today, this would be the one-Michelin-starred restaurant I've enjoyed the least out of all the ones I've ever dined at.

A first for us tonight; a welcome and service worthy of a Michelin star... Many reimagined dishes (described verbally as well) that delighted our taste buds all evening... It was a treat! We'll be back...

An absolutely incredible culinary experience in the heart of the Loire Valley. Each dish was a true discovery, as surprising as it was delicious, showcasing exquisitely refined ingredients and flavor combinations. The staff is simply remarkable: attentive, professional, passionate, and always ready to help, they fully contribute to making the experience unique. The setting, meanwhile, is magical, elegant, soothing, and perfectly in harmony with the overall experience. An exceptional place where you don't just come to eat, but to live an unforgettable moment. Highly recommended without hesitation. Deserves three Michelin stars. Thank you and congratulations.
