An incredible meal, custom-prepared in advance by the chef according to our preferences. It was a true delight, with attentive staff and a very pleasant terrace.

A very pleasant place. The service is very professional. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You feel right at home. The cuisine is full of surprises, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The sweetbreads are wonderful. The wine list is impressive. The only slight drawback is the road noise when eating on the terrace.

As lovers of fine dining who travel the roads in search of great places, we stopped at Restaurant de la Loire - Fabien Raux in Pouilly-sous-Charlieu... Full of hope, and especially hungry! 😄 Unfortunately, without a reservation, it was mission impossible. The welcome was very warm, almost as apologetic as we were, and we completely understand why a good restaurant is packed. But we admit to feeling a pang of nostalgia for those chefs who used to say, "If there's enough for one, there's enough for two!" and always found a table for us. This time, it was our stomachs that left with a star... but from hunger! 😂 It's only a matter of time, because we hope to return, this time with a reservation... and finally discover your cuisine. 🍽️

The experience is interesting, though sometimes a little complex in terms of flavors. The service is perfect. We appreciated the effort with the small air conditioner, but with the heatwave, it was barely sufficient. I think they'll need to consider installing a more suitable air conditioning system.

What a fantastic restaurant! The waiting staff were attentive, and happy to explain what the food and preparation entailed. Each course was a mouth watering discovery, teasing those taste buds. I can only give it 10/10, and recommend it.

We were delighted with our dinner at the Loire restaurant. The outdoor courtyard is truly lovely. The dishes are expertly prepared with perfect balance. Many are made with fresh produce from their own garden. Well done!
