While passing through Soreze, we tasted refined and excellent dishes.
Homemade.. salmon, seafood gratin, capon medallion.. and with a super rum baba for dessert.. to discover without hesitation..
Passing through Dourgne on Sunday lunchtime, lunch was excellent, rare these days to find fine and sought-after traditional cuisine, very good value for money, I will come back on purpose to taste another menu, excellent welcome and fast service despite a full room, nothing to say about perfection.
Really delicious meal. Local dishes. Cook wonderfully. The sauces are excellent.
The children's menu was out of the ordinary and it was great. Small downside on the service. A bit complicated at first glance.
