A truly excellent experience! The best all-you-can-eat fried carp and perch I've ever had—not dry at all, perfectly coated in breadcrumbs, with a delicious fishy flavor—absolutely perfect. Despite the restaurant being packed on a Saturday night, there was a high table available (very comfortable), and we were served very quickly. We had a fresh green salad with a very good dressing and delicious fries (nice and thick, perhaps homemade). Despite the restaurant being crowded and the time of day, the waitress was very attentive and efficient, smiling, genuinely kind, and very professional. The same goes for the manager. In the children's menu, the surprise frozen dessert was very original and fun: a plastic cow that you open to discover vanilla ice cream. It makes a lovely little gift and souvenir to take home, which can be reused as a toy, decoration, or small piggy bank. The gourmet coffee was fantastic (crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, piña cotta, chocolate fondant). The restaurant has a simple and modern color scheme and is very quiet! In any case, from where we were seated, we could hear each other talk and felt comfortable, and I found all the tables well-arranged, respecting everyone's privacy. Top-notch from start to finish, I can't wait to come back and enjoy the terrace (covered, with a lovely view overlooking the Doubs River and small green spaces). Try it without hesitation, or rediscover it and try other things on the menu.

I've been going there for almost 25 years to get my fried food; it's delicious, and the staff are very attentive to their customers' well-being. I highly recommend it! :)

I highly recommend this restaurant; the waiters are always smiling, and especially the young, very cute one.

The restaurant was very noisy, but the food was very good. One drawback: we came with friends who had traveled a long way, and we had barely put down our dessert spoons when the waitress came to collect the plates, even though one of us hadn't finished yet. This is simply not polite.

Given all the glowing reviews, we wanted to come and try the fried food, a little disappointed by the fried carp, too grilled, dry, nothing to say about the fried perch or the desserts, very average fries. The staff is friendly but it's rushed, the aperitif hasn't finished and we come to remove the glasses and cakes and barely time to say that the glass isn't finished that the fried food arrives...

Hearty, all-you-can-eat fried food, not greasy, served with fries and a green salad. Impeccable, friendly, and clean service. Would definitely do it again.

Great discovery along our bike route towards Mulhouse via the cycle route. There were 5 of us. The fried perch was super good and all you can eat. But already well served, don't ask for more. The desserts were great. The waitresses and the owner were very pleasant, we'll be back.

Quality traditional cuisine, fast and efficient service. Unbeatable value for money. I highly recommend it. ............ Well, after more than 20 meals at this establishment, I'm adding my review, since I can't add another one... I'll just tell you something very simple... I'm turning 60 very soon, and if I like eating at La Rive, it's because I feel like I'm eating at home, at my mother's or grandmother's... From the welcome to the quality of the food... I'm stepping back into my past. I love it.

A great place, with attentive staff. A nice menu of fish and mussels, although the Périgord salad was a bit disappointing. But a very good place for fish.
