Homemade cuisine in a unique, cave-like setting. The prices are reasonable and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's the perfect place to cool off on a hot day, and you can also visit the nearby caves to aid digestion.

The restaurant in Laugerie Basse offered us a truly delightful experience, both simple and welcoming. We were greeted by the owner, a charming, attentive, and smiling young woman who immediately created a wonderful atmosphere. We had the pleasure of tasting their fruit ice creams, made with real fruit, and they were simply delicious. It was a lovely, refreshing, and perfect treat to enjoy while waiting for the cave to open, all while staying cool. An experience that truly engaged all the senses, from the freshness and flavors to the warm welcome. An address I wholeheartedly recommend for its authenticity and charm.

Perfect!! The waitress and staff were very friendly, especially with the children. The dishes are simple and very good, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Vézère river.

The service is lovely. Very attentive to children. The duck breast is perfectly cooked. A great sharing platter. The homemade tiramisu is delicious. In short, come and enjoy! Remember to book when you go up to the cave.

Stopped off for some lunch, lots of free parking, the restaurant was full but the waitress offered us a seat outside, the service from the young waitress was of a very high standard considering how busy it was, well done!!
