I used to go with Grandma 15 years ago, and it's still sophisticated, flavorful, and refined… It deserves a Michelin star. The pursuit of perfect flavors is always a priority.
At least five times during the meal, I exclaimed, "What a surprise! This is so good!"

Despite our cycling gear, we received a very warm welcome at this somewhat upscale restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Every component was a culinary delight. We found the price-performance ratio to be very reasonable. We would gladly return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Excellent tasting of the weekday lunchtime Discovery Menu. A flavorful and generous pâté en croûte, a refined chicken supreme with wild garlic, and a delicious orange tart: crisp, fresh, indulgent, with a touch of acidity.
And all served with a smile and efficiency.

A truly exceptional gourmet meal. The flavors are perfectly balanced. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. The table layout creates a very pleasant ambiance.
The concept of a set menu that must be the same for everyone at the table leaves me somewhat dubious. The chef must have his reasons, but it's a bit of a shame because everyone has different tastes and doesn't necessarily want to eat the same thing…
The restaurant's outdoor setting is perfect for a peaceful stroll after your meal.

What a pleasure to dine at L'Ecluse 16! After several years away, my opinion remains the same. The food is still just as good and refined, and the price is reasonable for what you get.
The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive. I highly recommend it.
