The location and staff are top notch.

Despite a great welcome, a room with an incredible view, I slept really badly, the floor was occupied by super noisy Spaniards who passed from one room to another, poorly soundproofed hotel, no guard and the shower was dirty . Too bad because the welcome and the view are incredible

An exceptional welcome, the kindness of the manager mla young lady as well as all the staff. Quality service as well as impeccable cleanliness. Having stayed here many times I knew it would be a pleasant experience again. I will come back and I am already looking forward to it. A note? 100 out of 90

Nice room and perfect location at the hotel. The ocean view from the balcony is fascinating. But most importantly, the service here is awesome! Paola at the front desk is kind and helpful; you can always find her if needed. Hoping to get back here soon!

Pleasant stay in the Ocean Hotel. Perfect location of the hotel, close to everything including the city center. Incredible view from the room balcony. The caring, kind and attentive staff to customer needs is very appreciable. The simplicity of the staff gives a soothing and serene atmosphere. I recommend +++ I will miss the little birds and Uno.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Paola on the front desk was very helpful and the car park is a literal stones throw away. Perfect for a quick one night stay and we fell in love with Biarritz so will definitely be back.

Very pleasant hotel and a very pleasant welcome

Accueil très sympathique, nous avons bien profité d’une très jolie chambre vue mer et phare avec balcon, idéal pour une escapade pendant ce petit week-end de début février. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Superbe hôtel avec un emplacement idéal en plein centre de la ville très bonne literie personnel très accueillant et sympathique

Nous avions réservé pour le week-end du 30 Décembre au 1er Janvier 2024 , deux nuits avec petits déjeuners compris. Très bon accueil de la jeune demoiselle à la réception. La chambre était conforme aux photos. Literie impeccable, petit balcon donnant sur la cathédrale et vue sur la mer direction le phare et le Casino. Seul bémol, la salle de bain , un peu petite et à l'étroit, mais bon ça va , c'était pour deux nuits. Hôtel très bien situé, par rapport à notre weekend , surtout par rapport au restaurant que nous avions réservé, juste à côté, impeccable 👍. Petit déjeuné copieux avec du choix , les garçons au service très sympa , disponible et à l'écoute. Pour nous , un weekend très sympa en amoureux , très agréable, nous reviendrons c'est certain, bonne adresse. Juste une dernière chose, j'ai lu les avis des autres clients , surpris des commentaires , la seule chose où je suis d'accord avec pas mal d'avis, il faudrait engager des travaux de rénovations pour certains points , c'est clair , faut pas oublier que quand même c'est pas des weekend donné, donc nous sommes en droit d'attendre une certaine qualité de l'hôtel. Mais pour nous cela reste une bonne adresse, cordialement Éric et Valérie.
