My partner and I dined there on December 30th and 25th, and January 1st, 2026. We received a very warm welcome both when we made the reservation and upon arrival. The dishes were delicious, generous, and homemade: garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), lamb shank with honey and spices, fondue, and cassoulet. They also offered excellent advice on wine pairings. Clearly, they carefully select their suppliers. We will gladly return.

We went there several times for a drink and also once for a meal. It's a very pleasant place on the banks of the Gave. We ate very well and the staff was pleasant and friendly. In short, a very good time.

We just spent four wonderful days at this hotel and restaurant. Thank you to Gaëlle and Irène, who are two charming, kind, and efficient people.
