Very old hotel, very clean, good service, a little expensive

No particular criticisms, apart from a slightly high price for the service. We expected better

Restaurant only a little too long for service

We stopped one afternoon for lunch. Fast service, pleasant view on the banks of the Gav. Lunch for 2 people, 2 courses, 2 coffees, 1 glass of wine 32 euros. Friendly waiter. Quality meal.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village.

The entrance and restaurant looked good but...the rooms, elevator and bedding looked like they were from the 80s! The bathroom was renovated a few years ago....the location was very good and there was a parking area like in a garden. I will not repeat

While passing through Luz for 2 days, we put down our hiking poles at Toumalet. Very warm welcome, good food, very decent room, and very attentive, helpful and competent staff. We will come back to this.

Hotel very well located in the city center with a pleasant terrace, the rooms have been recently renovated are large and extremely clean however at 120 Euros per night a small fridge would not have been a luxury especially during these heatwave periods. On the other hand, I will agree with the majority of opinions and this point has unfortunately lowered my rating is the quality of the catering on site we ate the first evening at the hotels and I found the value for money very disappointing the salad at 11 Euros doesn't break three pates one more duck the entrecote cost more than 20 Euros was literally inedible I couldn't finish it on these notes of disappointment we went to eat an ice cream in town. Breakfast was also of no real interest. The staff overall is quite friendly and professional apart from the receptionist in the evening I seemed to bother her.

We shared a meal while passing through the region. Super friendly welcome, tasty and generous dishes. A great experience I recommend

We came to eat for lunch during our visit to Luz. The staff is great. The dish of the day: starter just a salad, more than mediocre. Flat: very dry windward flight. Frozen pannacota dessert. Very disappointed.
