From the boss to the cleaning ladies, everyone is super nice and helpful. What's more, the cuisine is delicious!! A special mention for Patricia whose efficiency is matched only by her kindness!

Ultra comfortable bed like you rarely find
Warm and restored hotel
We just found a dirty sock under the bed 😬 that wasn't ours 🌞
The breakfast is fresh and varied with savory items (the chef's tortillas, ham, cheese, eggs, etc.) and sweet items (various very very good cakes,... chocolatines, croissants)
The shower is with pressure and super hot too...
The sound of the river did not bother us, although we are sensitive to noise.
Small, very practical elevator, parking lots nearby, however not very big so we parked at a crossroads.

Charming and friendly hotel.
The service is quality and very attentive. The waitresses and reception staff are incredibly friendly.
The meals are excellent and qualitative. I really enjoyed myself for a week.
You can go there with your eyes closed!

Great week in Luz St Sauveur in this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, pleasant boss and all attentive.

We had a great week at the Tourmalet hotel, nothing to complain about!
Very friendly, attentive staff, the food in the restaurant in the evening was very good, the breakfast in the morning as well.
The hotel is well located, I highly recommend it!

Now called the Hotel Tourmalet. We dropped in for lunch and were warmly welcomed. The setting by the river was nice. We chose two salads which were listed as starters but made for substantial main courses. Very friendly service.
