Nice hotel in a good location, decent room but no air conditioning... not ideal under the eaves... luckily they provided us with a fan. The reception staff were pleasant upon arrival. The food was simple but adequate. However, we were disappointed with breakfast. Despite arriving at 8:30 am, there wasn't much choice, and many things were missing, even cups and plates...

Hotel located on the banks of the Gave de Pau, quite noisy for the rooms on the banks (approximately 70 db, keep windows closed or bring earplugs).

We went for a drink; the setting by the Gabe River was very pleasant. We tried to book a dinner reservation, but being in the shoulder season, the menu choices were limited.

We had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel. We highly recommend it. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

20/07/2024: En vacances à Luz, nous y sommes allés manger, nous avons choisi burger/frites, bons mais pas à tomber par terre. Bon accueil de la part du personnel
19/05/2024: Excellent accueil. Produits locaux. Pizza excellente.(pâte magnifique) Carte des vins sympathique. Un très bon déjeuner entre amis.
