An exceptional waitress; it's rare to see one who didn't use a notepad and knew everything from memory—impressive! And there were no mistakes with our order. We were impressed, smiling, and pleasant.

The welcome is pleasant and the service quite quick. Although part of a chain, not all Del Arte restaurants are the same; I've been disappointed by some before. This one is very good, the pizzas are excellent, and the staff are conscientious and friendly. I'll gladly go back without hesitation.

There are nicer and better Del Artes restaurants. I arrived early and received very good service. I found the price for the set menu to be very reasonable. The large windows were uncomfortable.

The food was very good but served lukewarm (even though the restaurant wasn't very full). The waiter's clothes were stained, which was unprofessional and questionable.

We ordered two Sicilian risottos that arrived without the shrimp listed in the description.
Then we ordered "gourmet coffees" which were supposed to be "long coffees" but weren't.
The pasta portion on the children's menu was extremely small.
The cashier was very unpleasant when I pointed out that the children hadn't received the surprise included in their meals.
I don't think we'll be returning to this establishment.

There was a major problem with the service; the young woman was inexperienced, and we left without dessert or coffee. The pizzas were very good but not hot enough, and the waitress took far too long to bring them!

A truly beautiful place. We had booked a table and were given a quiet, peaceful spot. Our 9-year-old daughter received a lovely gift. The three of us enjoyed a delicious lunch. Thank you for the warm welcome and the excellent food.
