Restaurant Del Arte Bordeaux Lac sur Bordeaux

The interior room is spacious and pleasant.

Véronique and Amine are top-notch, extremely competent, true professionals, and the restaurant is spotlessly clean.

McDonald's is simple, but this one is good! And welcoming.

I thank Ketia for this exceptional service

Absolutely fantastic! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and Ketia was a particularly nice employee.

I came to treat myself at the end of the month, placing a €35 order. I waited 25 minutes only to have to pick it up myself. My McFlurry with M&M's chocolate sauce arrived, but there was barely 3 centimeters of ice cream with a tiny bit of chocolate and no M&M's, just like they'd done from the start. Plus, it was runny. The rest of the burger was fine, but the little wrap wasn't folded. I'm so disappointed! After leaving this review, I was contacted by the extremely responsive customer service team, who were incredibly generous and attentive. This definitely changed my rating because I'm very happy that, despite the size of the chain, their staff takes such good care of their customers. A special thank you to Véronique, who was professional and extremely quick!

As a loyal customer of this McDonald's, I've noticed a real improvement in the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service! I wanted to highlight this, congratulations!

Significant positive developments in both staff and facilities. Orders placed in the restaurant, drive-thru, and takeout are now complete and error-free. Keep up the good work!

Honestly, it's really strange that there's only one high chair in the restaurant… 😅 It's a McDonald's, after all, a place where families regularly come with their children. Only one high chair is really inadequate and not very practical when several families need one. It would be good to have more available, because this is really a serious problem…
