Very inconspicuous and unspectacular from the outside. However, it's absolutely worth overcoming that first impression and eating at the Arcade's restaurant. A beautiful terrace, super friendly staff and a good chef who has his kitchen under control. The food is good and absolutely inexpensive. Really worth it. A revisit confirms the above. Local is still highly recommended.
