I had the opportunity to dine there during the meal for the conscripts of Saint-André-sur-vieux-jonc and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was friendly and warm, ideal for a festive evening. In terms of cuisine, the dishes were excellent: fresh products, controlled flavors and careful presentation. You can feel the know-how and passion in every plate! The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling and very professional despite the crowds of the event. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful moment. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will return with great pleasure!”

Organizer of last November's family meal, I would like to thank Stéphanie Bayoux (restaurant owner) for allocating an exclusive room. I was able to appreciate his availability, his attentiveness when organizing the menus which had to be personalized several times according to the tastes and diets of each person... Very beautiful setting, excellent cuisine (despite some dissatisfied people (not easy to satisfy everyone) The waitress performed very well, alone officiating, I appreciated her dynamism. Small downside, the vegetable plate on the vegetarian menu was not abundant, too bad!!! , but the squash soup, salmon, chestnuts, pike perch fillet in butter, chicken in cream (a delight) without forgetting the gourmet plate (4 small desserts, also a delight, well done) I recommend this restaurant my husband and I will come back alone or with friends

Bel établissement belle salle de beaux menus personnel avenant par contre au niveau de la rapidité du service il faut tout revoir 3 plats 3 heures a table avec un enfant de 2ans là on frôle le n'importe quoi. Ou la cuisine n'est pas en place ou alors il faut embaucher du personnel qualifiés en service. Côté cuisine les plats corrects mais même garniture autant pour le poisson que la viande. Au moments de régler on nous rétorque que l'on avait 3 plats et que c'est plus long !!!! Dans les gastro des menus 9 plats sont envoyés en bien moins de temps que ça ..

What a nice restaurant ! everything is perfect and succulent. For once I wanted to taste something other than frogs and I wasn't disappointed. The snail turnovers accompanied by an exceptional sauce as well as a beef tournedos with small vegetables and a divine foie gras sauce will delight your taste buds. A treat. we will go back.

09/12/2023: A little disappointed with the menu. The carp gougeonnettes were a little bland, lacking in seasoning! Ditto frogs….. chicken dish with morel sauce and entrecôte it was ok but lacked flavor too. the ice cream desserts from the Alps: good but hey everyone knows…. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly. The value for money is a little expensive...139 euros for 3 without aperitifs, only a pitcher of white and rosé wine.
12/11/2023: A very good address that we are delighted to have discovered, The service is a little long but the culinary level makes us forget this detail... We started with an appetizer offered on our arrival (foie gras crème brûlée) Then we took the menus at 30th As a starter, choice between terrine or carp goujonettes with tartar sauce. The 2 dishes are validated 😊 served with green salad and grated carrots Then, choice between part of Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank. Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious ! The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections! And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other A very good time spent at this address. Possibility of eating Bresse chicken and frogs. We will come back !
