A magnificent restaurant, truly deserving of its gastronomic name. The menu was excellent, and we were served with professionalism. The meal was generous, and the frogs' legs were beautifully cooked to perfection. Frankly, I have nothing but praise. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. Bravo to the team! 🥰

Masterfully traditional cuisine, with quality products and more than generous quantities. Very fresh homemade appetizer, appreciated in the heat. A downside for the beef "tataki", an excellent starter based on cold roast beef, but far from the real tataki recipe (marinade ...)
09/12/2023: A little disappointed with the menu. The carp gougeonnettes were a little bland, lacking in seasoning! Ditto frogs….. chicken dish with morel sauce and entrecôte it was ok but lacked flavor too. the ice cream desserts from the Alps: good but hey everyone knows…. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly. The value for money is a little expensive...139 euros for 3 without aperitifs, only a pitcher of white and rosé wine.

The service is a little long but the culinary level makes us forget this detail...
We started with an appetizer offered on our arrival (foie gras crème brûlée)
Then we took the menus at 30th
As a starter, choice between terrine or carp goujonettes with tartar sauce. The 2 dishes are validated 😊 served with green salad and grated carrots
Then, choice between part of
Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank.
Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible
The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious !
The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections!
And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other
