Restaurant des Lavandes sur Sainte-Jalle

Very good food, inexpensive, friendly service, lovely beer garden

A great place to remember in the Ste Jalle area. The dishes are generous and delicious. The welcome is very friendly, even for a quick lunch at 2 pm! Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of eating the best burger of my life here on August 27, 2026. Seriously, the BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE. Thank you for this amazing culinary experience. Unfortunately, everything took a little longer than expected, but it was quite busy, so that's understandable. It also reminded me that in our fast-paced world, we should take more time for the good things in life. Thank you, and I really hope we can make it back from Bern to visit you again sometime ❤️ The homemade fries were also unbeatable. Lots of love, Romi & Alain from Bern (SUI)

Fantastic welcome. Great menu featuring local products. Excellent service and waitresses. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant surprise! We stopped by somewhat by chance, and without much expectation, given the late hour—it was already 3:30 pm—for lunch. What a delightful surprise! The owner very kindly offered to make us two savory crepes, even though we thought we had arrived too late. Not only was the welcome remarkable, but the crepes were simply excellent. A sense of business, kindness, and simplicity that we wish we encountered much more often. A true merchant, passionate about his work and eager to please his customers. We also recommend trying the local beer, "La Bivouac," another great discovery! Thank you again, sir, for your hospitality. Don't change a thing; it's exactly for places like this and encounters that we love to stop along the way. Philippe and Alexandra

Superb welcome even at a late hour for lunch, we were very well received for a meal break.

Excellent meal. Impeccable service. Very pleasant waitresses.

A varied menu at a very reasonable price. The portions are generous and delicious 😋 The staff is incredibly attentive… In short, an excellent place! Bonus: the gourmet coffee is extraordinary!

In summer, a wonderful terrace overlooking a river. In winter, a dining room with an incomparable atmosphere. Lionel and Nathalie bring the life of the town and surrounding area to this place. The place to meet up and enjoy the delicious and varied menus that are created every day.

Excellent. Healthy and simple cuisine. An address to remember...
