We were at the restaurant. The service was pleasant and very quick. The dishes were excellent! Not to mention the desserts! They were a feast for the eyes! I recommend it to anyone curious and looking for originality and a visual spectacle!

Regarding the restaurant only: The arrival of the dishes is a constant spectacle! The presentation is exceptional, and each dish is a masterpiece or accompanied by an incredible presentation! To top it all off, the flavors are superb. It's truly excellent and worthy of a Michelin star! Note: the set menu is €48.50 and includes three amuse-bouches, one starter, one main course, one pre-dessert, one dessert...and a petit four! Everything is meticulously planned! One small drawback? The homemade bread isn't sourdough...and the drinks are a bit pricey! Otherwise, I highly recommend it and will try it at least once a year!

We went to the restaurant two weeks ago and returned with friends today before the winter closure. This gourmet restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star from start to finish. The desserts are simply outstanding. They are refined and original. The value for money is unbeatable. Well, I'd been told it was good! And I wasn't disappointed. What a lot of work went into it! Mr. Ollier's savory dishes were amazing! Mrs. Ollier's service was always a smile! And their daughter's desserts were absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you!!! And they even have gluten-free options. A pleasant, understated setting to better appreciate a meal that was both beautiful and delicious! The service was very good (despite what some people say), especially for the last seating before closing. Thank you for this wonderful experience!! The only downside: the restrooms!

We had lunch as a family at the restaurant. The dining room is very pleasant (opt for the rotunda section, which is cozier and sunnier). A gourmet meal. Congratulations on the cuisine, which was full of surprises. As pleasing to the eye as it was to the palate, it was a journey of delightful discoveries. The desserts deserve special mention. One point to note: the service can be a bit hesitant. You almost feel like you're intruding.
