An incomparable welcome accompanied by remarkable kindness and empathy from the person responsible for this establishment that we attended in sad circumstances. I recommend for the cleanliness and calm of this very pleasant resting place.

Our last experience was disappointing on several points, room not corresponding to our reservation, noisy room due to the heating network and elevator broken down. No commercial gesture for these setbacks. I no longer recommend.

Hotel and furnishings a little old. Cold room. But we were well received and I would like to point out the breakfast, not bad!

30/03/2024: Well located hotel, 5 minutes from the thermal baths, 10 minutes from the city center and 3 minutes from the casino. Slightly old but renovated rooms, decent breakfast and good restaurant with a daily changing menu. Very welcoming and attentive staff. One of the best hotels in Luxeuil. On sunny days you can enjoy a swimming pool.
