We discovered this restaurant unexpectedly. Very good value for money. Double fillet of lemon sole stuffed with dried fruit and herbs, sorrel beurre blanc = excellent

A warm welcome, quick service, and a very well-prepared dish at an affordable price – you can tell the ingredients are high quality. My only slight disappointment was the dessert, the pineapple shortcrust tart. I found the shortbread very dry; it was more like a pastry crust than a shortbread, and the pineapple was very hard. This is constructive criticism; my aim isn't to be negative. We'll gladly return.

Excellent restaurant with a very simple menu and a delight for the taste buds. The wine pairing suggested by the waiter was perfect. Calm and bright atmosphere. A very pleasant experience; I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges... I go there whenever I'm in the area... the dishes are expertly prepared, the presentation is meticulous, and the flavor combinations are simply divine... Highly recommended!
