Restaurant Dolma sur Rennes

20/06/2026: So I am Thai. The restaurant is the fusion food and it's not spicy and has a glimsp of european but I am open to try fusion food without thinking about the authentic version. For entrée, grilled squid salad and Tom yam Goong was really nice, the ingredients are so fresh. For main dish, we ordered tigre qui pluer, the beef cook level is perfect, and the sauce is, oh la la, so flavourful. The other dish we ordered was duck magret in curry sauce. Again, so good, Every tastes mix well. For dessert, Baitoei (pandan) it's nice but I expect more authentic style like pandan jelly? (Kanomchan). The service was nice and friendly, the decorations was good but I dislike the Thai font and the Thai motto behind the bar that written in Thai, it reads, "Don't be chilli, people will hate you. Don't be sugar, people will eat you." Because I think people should be anything they want, some people will like, dislike, use you, respect you, whoever you are.
