Don Quixote has restored our faith in Ajaccio restaurants.
The service, the welcome, and the food were all perfect (the lamb shoulder was a delight).
Take my advice and go!

A wonderful time at Don Quichotte!
The cuisine is exquisite, the dishes are high quality, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch.
Thank you to the young waitress for her kindness, attentiveness, and smile.
Absolutely flawless, highly recommended!

Don't miss: filo pastry with avocado and langoustines + salad, veal sauté with carrots and olives, served with penne pasta. Not to mention the generous portions and Camille's friendly and professional service, which was also perfect.

Good restsurant with daily menus and alarm carte. My wife had the fish and it was lovely. Good service and nice wine.

Very, very friendly service. Excellent food. The sea bream with side dish was very good.
And the burger had plenty of meat. We'll definitely come back.

This small restaurant, which occupies a whole little alley, has incredibly friendly, welcoming, and empathetic staff. The food is excellent, truly superb. I highly recommend it.

The food was excellent, delicious and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, I found my dish a bit pricey: €25 for linguine and three prawns 🦐
