A truly wonderful experience. It's a blend of audacity and complexity, resulting in sophisticated cuisine where the pursuit of flavor is achieved through subtle and surprising combinations. The welcome is warm, and we particularly appreciated Pauline's smile and dynamism. The wine pairing suggestions are very insightful and enhance a cuisine that perfectly balances modernity and authenticity, which, in any case, hardly needs any embellishment. I recommend it without hesitation.

I recommend making a reservation. You'll understand why once you taste the carefully prepared dishes. The staff is friendly and explains the ingredients of each dish. Moreover, for this level of quality, the price is reasonable. I will gladly return.

We had a wonderful lunch today. The service was excellent, friendly, and efficient, with very little waiting between courses. It's worth noting that we were a party of six, each ordering different dishes. Every dish was delicious, a real treat, and the wines chosen by the owner were perfectly paired with the food. We had a very pleasant evening as a couple. The setting is understated yet refined. Every dish, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, is sophisticated and beautifully prepared, using local and seasonal ingredients. To top it all off, the waitresses are very professional and cheerful. We will definitely be back!
