Restaurant du Domaine de Baulieu sur Auch

We arrived on a Sunday night in November and were disappointed to find the restaurant was shut. However, I suspect that is not unusual in the South of France. The lodge rooms are well-designed, with a great view. The restaurant promises more than it delivers. We felt the choice could be broader at breakfast in particular. The staff were friendly.

Second stay. New evening stopover as part of a business trip: excellent value for money! A charming estate, quality cuisine, a treat... I will come back!

Little gem in a bucolic setting. Impeccable quality of staff. Carefully decorated rooms. Quality products. Gourmet restaurant. It's my comfort zone when I have to come to work in Auch. In short, I simply love it!

I was lucky enough to work at Le Domaine du Baulieu, and I can assure you that it is an exceptional place. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always attentive to every detail so that guests have a perfect stay. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, creating an ideal environment to relax. In addition, the hotel restaurant stands out for its exquisite cuisine, with delicious dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, both for its excellent service and for the quality of its facilities and gastronomy.

Je n'étais pas allée dans ce restaurant depuis 4 ans. Mais rien n'a changé. Cadre magnifique. Cuisine exceptionnelle, goûteuse, inventive, copieuse et très bien équilibrée avec beaucoup de légumes et fruits. Service aimable et opérationnel. Bravo au chef cuisinier. Cet établissement mériterait une première étoile rouge chez MIchelin.

Started with a langoustine wrapped in crispy noodles - this was the standout dish. Generous with the tender, delicious langoustine meat which was served with a beautiful sauce. Main was duck - this is a big call but this was the best duck I have had - so so tender, served perfectly medium rare. Dessert was strawberries which was nice and light way to end the meal. So happy to have dined here and impressed with the value for money - including the modestly priced wines. A treat that I recommend.
