The restaurant at the Seignosse golf course is in a magnificent setting, with a beautiful view from the large terrace, but the food disappointed us: sloppy Caesar salads (dry meat, certainly cooked in advance, no seasoning whatsoever...), friendly but evasive staff, even at the beginning of service (the restaurant manager was unfriendly). The Seignosse golf course restaurant should take a page from the book of the Moliets golf course restaurant.

Everything is beautifully cooked, the terrace is magnificent, and the menu and daily specials are always excellent. A big thank you to Ambre, our server, who was very professional, friendly, and pleasant. A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it!

Average and slow service. The appetizers arrived at the same time as the aperitif, which had no taste of alcohol. Average quality of the dishes.

I love this place, the food is great, the setting is beautiful, but that day there were some service hiccups. No perfect egg was served as a starter; we were the ones who noticed. There was only the mousseline. It happens, to err is human, probably too busy.

A very pleasant lunchtime with the family, in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. A menu that pleases everyone, combining local produce with modern touches, at a good price. Delicious homemade food, flavorful and delicious. I will definitely return! Thank you.

A superb discovery in Seignosse when everything else in the area was fully booked. I highly recommend this place for the view, the food, and the service.

La Côte d'Argent

31/08/2026: A very warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast.
24/08/2026: We ate there as a group of three during the Seignosse festival and everything was delicious. No wait at all, despite the crowd that evening. 👌

Les roseaux

27/09/2026: Forced smiles from the moment we arrived, a decent but unremarkable meal (the "Les Roseaux" menu) with overcooked, dry duck leg and equally dry fries. Thankfully, the setting is idyllic, but nature alone doesn't guarantee quality food. We felt like we were intruding: a group of 20 was about to be seated, and our service was rushed. Disappointed by the experience; we had been here 50 years ago, and the atmosphere was completely different. A bit pricey, too, considering the quality.
19/09/2026: We used to come to this restaurant 30 years ago. How can I put it? "It's the same, only better!" Well done to the whole family and team. Don't hesitate.
