While the restaurant is admittedly rather classic in style, the cuisine is inventive, seasonal, and of very high quality. The ingredients are excellent, the dishes are well-crafted and sophisticated, and the presentation is beautiful. The wine list is superb. The value for money is exceptional! The service was a little slow (3 hours), but I highly recommend this restaurant with its hushed and discreet atmosphere in the charming village of Saint-Benoît, which I love so much.
Thank you to the entire team, both in the kitchen and the dining room.

A true gem! I've been there several times and it's been perfect every time.
The cuisine is simply exceptional: refined dishes, perfectly executed, high-quality ingredients, and bursting with flavor. Each visit is a delight, and the quality is always top-notch.
This is definitely worth a visit, and I recommend it without hesitation!

We celebrated our wedding reception on July 11, 2026, at this restaurant and we were absolutely delighted!
The entire team was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive to our needs, and always available to assist us.
The meal was absolutely delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed it and complimented us on the quality of the food and service.
A huge thank you to the whole team for helping to make this day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!
