The best of the best for this daily menu at €17, a mustard seed vinaigrette just perfect with the crab terrine with vegetables and avocado. And the others, a duck breast salad with impeccable blue cheese, salad leaves, a matured blue cheese and beautiful slices of duck breast (no rolling paper sheets, eh!), beautiful, I said. The dishes are a continuation of the starter. Precise, fair, effective. Dressing, cooking, seasoning. And there comes the dessert. Floating island and Bourdaloue tart. My wife and I stayed for 3 days at the Hotel du Nord as part of a motorcycle weekend in the Morvan. We are delighted with our stay. The catering is top notch, menu changed every day, it's fresh, good (kudos to the chef) and presented with care, great value for money. All the staff are charming, and the location is great in the center of Morvan, an unexpected bonus, we were spontaneously offered to store the motorbikes under a shed, it's great, it avoids leaving them on a street parking. In short, a family address that I keep carefully (because we will come back :)) and that I will highly recommend. Don't change anything, it's perfect!!!!
