Beautiful establishment, spacious and comfortable room. copious, varied and quality breakfast. The spa area is nice. The staff is smiling and caring. Thank you for everything 👍

My partner and I came to spend the weekend and we are delighted with this great discovery. The hotel is really warm and superbly decorated, a magical place. The places are very clean and everything is available to spend a relaxing time. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which is convenient for going skiing or otherwise. The staff are really lovely, and take great care of their customers, we really feel that it is a family place. We will come back with pleasure.

We spent a weekend with friends with young children. It was simply brilliant. Françoise and Olivier take great care of their customers. The hotel truly lives up to its reputation. I recommend 100%

Very nice evening at the restaurant in February 2023, the owners very welcoming, pleasant staff, excellent meal, we know we had a great time, we are planning to spend an evening this year again Thanks to the entire restaurant team We didn't go to the hotel which looks sublime

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille pour les fêtes de Noël. Des chambres chaleureuse, piscine adaptée pour les enfants même tout petit. À seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre ville. Le repas au restaurant était délicieux, un repas spécial fête de fin d’année qui dépassait nos attentes. Un accueil des plus chaleureux ! Merci à l’ensemble de l’équipe Neige et Roc pour ce moment inoubliable !

01/04/2024: My friend and I were lucky enough to eat at this restaurant in Samoëns. 30/3 The gentleman who served us on Saturday night had really good service! Even though we didn't speak French and could only communicate in some English, he still didn't feel impatient but enthusiastically explained the food to us (really very happy for someone who is not familiar with the local culture). In addition, the food is also delicious, but the cheese hot pot may not be finished by two people 😂 The white wine brought out after the cheese is really perfect. I have a small glass of Genepi at the end, it tastes good. Thank you again to the service staff for taking me Learn about local cuisine.

03/04/2024: Meal with my husband this Sunday, March 31. The staff very kindly agreed to serve me a Savoyard fondue for myself. My husband had a queen pizza which was also excellent. Very thin crust and lots of toppings. €58 for two with aperitif, wine at the table and digestive for my husband. I recommend 100%.
