A warm welcome, with staff very attentive to our needs. A generous and delicious breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality products. A beautifully decorated, clean room perfectly suited to our stay. Excellent bedding. An attractive restaurant menu and delicious dishes we tasted. A nearby lake offering opportunities for walks in a lush green setting.

We came for a family weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The warm welcome, the restaurant, the rooms: everything was perfect for a relaxed and pleasant family stay.

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect before we had to head to the ferry next morning. 24 mins drive to port. The team there were so helpful and the room was lovely. Comfortable pillows and room temperature. Few wee broken bits if I were to mention anything but overall we would definitely stay again in the future. Thanks BW

A very nice hotel with easy parking, 10 minutes from Dunkirk city center, on the lakefront. There are lovely walks to be had around the lake. A very warm welcome. The room is spacious and very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The bathroom is lovely and very clean. The hotel is calm and quiet. The breakfast is very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and relaxing stay. It's always a pleasure to find ourselves in such a pleasant place with competent and dynamic staff, creative cuisine, a surprising reimagined Welsh rarebit, and a very attractive and well-maintained breakfast buffet with a diverse selection and excellent adherence to HACCP standards, expertly managed by Samira and Brigitte. Thank you to all the teams for their warm welcome and professionalism.

We had a company dinner this evening. We had two choices for the starter, main course, and dessert. This was the agreed-upon arrangement since there were 15 of us. The starter was very good, and for the main course, most of us chose chicken supreme with potato cappuccino. We did get the chicken, but it came with frozen fries, which was really disappointing. The dessert was good. As for the drinks, the waiters asked us what we wanted to drink the first time, but then we had to go to the bar ourselves to order, which wasn't ideal in my opinion.
