We ate here on a whim. Good, honest food. The menu wasn't extensive, but we all found something we liked. The lady who served us, presumably the owner, was absolutely charming.

Passing through Colmar, we stopped at this restaurant and were welcomed by a very kind lady and her husband, a very pleasant young couple. And what can we say about the food? We ate very well in a warm and family atmosphere. A big thank you for this wonderful moment, and best wishes to you both.

We had a wonderful time. It felt like stepping into our grandparents' house, a real treat. The welcome was incredibly warm. The menu is small, but that's what we love, especially when it's so well done with Alsatian specialties. We'll be back on our next visit to Colmar. Thank you.

Everything that deserves 5 stars has already been described in other reviews: the atmosphere, the welcome, and the food... I'll add one detail: even in December, at the height of the Christmas market season, while the crowds were out and about, there was still room and the dining room was quiet... An address unjustly overlooked by the crowds... All the better for those who read this review

We were lucky enough to find a table for lunch without a reservation, What a pleasant surprise! A charming restaurant, run by an absolutely lovely couple. A small but effective menu, quick service, everything was excellent! Thank you for this welcome break

06/03/2026: Now this I did not expect at this budget. Gorgeous place! Simple and great. The menu straight forward with one option, that of the day. Ours was a juicy, nicely grilled steak with a piece of bone marrow, and some potatoes. Maybe a bit light on the salad with just a leaf of parsley. Portions, huge! Could barely eat it all. Very quick and friendly service. Can't recommend more... Thank you for a great evening even if we could not stay very long.

23/04/2026: While passing through Colmar, we discovered this restaurant during our stroll. We chose the asparagus and ham dish from the daily specials board, and it was delicious.
