A superb discovery! A secluded, beautifully renovated place where you feel good! The cuisine and service are absolutely perfect, without fuss but extremely efficient... Well done, we will definitely come back

We were enchanted by the restaurant during our visit to Mas de la Barque. After three days of hiking, we couldn't have found a better place to welcome us for lunch. An idyllic setting and top service, all in a family atmosphere. The ideal place to admire nature, horses, and remember the miles traveled. The dishes were delicious, from starter to dessert, we were not disappointed. This moment will remain engraved in our memory. THANKS

The restaurant at the inn is very good. Not a lot of choice but very good products and that's the main thing. I recommend the chestnut tiramisu 🌰. Very pretty view.

Wonderful ! This high-altitude inn surrounded by horses delights with its friendly atmosphere, its excellent dishes (I recommend the truffade sausage), and the high quality of the service and staff. The rooms in the cottages adjoining the inn are very pleasant and inexpensive. I highly recommend !

Incredible culinary experience, from the trout starter, to the truffade dish, to the dessert and the homemade bread. Thank you it was a treat, we will come back very soon

We didn't sleep there. Just had a cold drink after a good 16 km hike! Beautiful decor and very nice waitress!

Restaurant Balme

17/08/2024: At hôtel Balme you will find everything you need without the big luxury. Clean room with shower. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The hotel is run by a small team of super friendly people. If we are in Villefort again, we will go back to hôtel Balme
13/08/2024: I only went to the restaurant and I highly recommend it. I ate very well there, at a price that I found to be good value for money (27 euros per menu). Quality ingredients, regional and well cooked. THANKS
