Excellent value for money. All the staff are very friendly and the food is superb. A complete menu at an unbeatable price. We were served by Benjamin, who is very professional while also creating a relaxed atmosphere. A very pleasant person.

As new residents of the Arcachon Basin, we're discovering new restaurants, including Les Pavois in Gujan-Mestras. We enjoyed dining in a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view, sophisticated dishes, and impeccable service (thank you to Nelly for her professionalism and smile)... A place we'll definitely return to.

Delicious dishes, impeccable service, and a huge thank you to Saber and Mickaël for their warm welcome and professionalism, not to mention the breathtaking view that made the experience truly special. The new owners have clearly brought a wonderful energy to the place: a fantastic team and prices that are more than fair considering the quality offered. Don't hesitate to try it for yourself; you won't be disappointed!

11/04/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful time. The €32 set menu is excellent. The crispy shrimp and leek dish was delicious. My lamb sweetbreads were superb, and my revisited lemon tart was delightful. No wait at all. In short, nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.
06/04/2026: A restaurant not to be missed. Very welcoming, warm atmosphere, beautiful decor. I recommend the €32 set menu; it's excellent value for money... especially the delicious and very generous lamb shank. Congratulations on this quality restaurant.
