We celebrated my mother-in-law's 90th birthday, and we were delighted. The historic setting overlooking the Marne River, the service, the warm welcome, and especially the delicious food—everything contributed to a wonderful family celebration. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Everything is served in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal. The dishes reveal a true sense of balance and creativity, offering a succession of perfectly balanced and surprising flavors. A true gastronomic journey that we savored from beginning to end. As for the wines, we were in heaven: a delicate and perfectly crafted rosé champagne, followed by an absolutely sublime Nuits-Saint-Georges white, which accompanied our dishes with rare harmony. An exceptional restaurant, where you leave completely won over and eager to return. We recommend it without reservation.
