We went to Eleonore for a birthday celebration. The atmosphere, service and food were fantastic. The maître d made us feel so welcome, the waiter was attentive and professional- it was a special night.

Magnificent place bat at the meeting during the meal too beautiful magnificent and super nice waiter and I left a tip and do the same they all deserve it.

Eleonore and the hotel Edward 1st are an absolute gem of Le Perigord Noir! One of the best, if not the absolute best, dining experiences we've ever had (and, we've dined at some of the best places in the world). In every regard, Eleonore is the most fantastic - superb cuisine, service that I would characterize as perfect, and most welcoming hospitality. The owners, Isabelle and Michel were so kind and they made us feel truly at home. You absolutely MUST go to Restaurant Eleonore in the charming medieval bastide town of Monpazier, it is a highlight that we are still talking about over a year later :) We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!

Nous avons eu la dernière table et nous ne l’avons pas regretté ! Le cadre est superbe, sur cette terrasse-jardin au cœur de Monpazier, idéale pour profiter d’une soirée d’été. La cuisine est de grande qualité, parfaitement maîtrisée, mélanges de grands classiques de la region aux produits impeccables et de saveurs plus originales. Enfin, une palme spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux et attentif aux moindres détails qui nous a fait nous sentir chez nous au premier instant. C’est une belle aventure familiale que cet hôtel restaurant, et on sent en salle et dans l’assiette un professionnalisme ensoleillé par l’enthousiasme. Nous reviendrons !
