✨ A magical place… It had been a long time since my taste buds had made love to the taste of FRENCH CUISINE. This cuisine, which alone knows how to blend passion, pleasure, discovery, invention, and, of course, creation. And ultimately, no need to go far… At Le Pont de la Roche, in L’Entre-Roches, I discovered a Chef who doesn't define his cuisine by profit margin, but by his love of his craft, his passion for the ingredients, and his desire to bring joy. I was expecting it, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The location, the welcome, the service, the beauty and taste of the dishes...everything was perfect. A true delight. You can taste the passion and dedication in the food. And the genuine desire to welcome guests. I highly recommend it.
