Discovered by chance last summer, Etchebarne is the kind of restaurant I love in the Basque country. Just like the country's culture: very good (everything is homemade), honest (hearty dishes and excellent value for money), professional (top service). Village atmosphere with local artisans. It’s the Basque country that I look for when I arrive from Paris, authentic and friendly.
