Superb... from the welcome to the staff and the meal... perfect...

The Lo Mercat menu offers excellent value for money. The other menus are a delight for the taste buds. It's much more than just a meal... A truly delicious experience every time.

Couple's dinner Pleasant setting, sophisticated dishes, but too many combinations for our taste; a little disappointing. Tuna tartare in sauce, ceviche lacking lemon. Duck breast and sea bream were very good. Desserts too elaborate and caramel... if you don't like it, stick to chocolate! Beautifully presented dishes, quick service. A bit pricey for the portions.

Last Sunday, a very good meal at the Florida. This local institution has been under new management for the past four years, with a chef who comes straight from… Mexico! And… it's fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Set menu at €46 (starter/main course/dessert) Two amuse-bouches to start (shredded veal with guacamole and tacos, tuna tartare with peppers and onions) Then, excellent foie gras cooked in Armagnac with exotic fruit chutney and toasted brioche. For the main course: pan-seared duck breast with zucchini, hazelnuts, and roasting jus. And for dessert, hazelnut financier biscuit, salted caramel crisp, Williams pear mousse, soft caramel center, and pear glaze. We finished with a very good coffee accompanied by two macarons, one raspberry and the other pistachio. Modern and elegant decor. Air conditioning (essential). Attentive service. We were welcomed at 12:30 pm, and we were seated at a table for three. Beautiful air-conditioned dining room. Silver cutlery. Crystal stemmed glasses. That's the setting... I'm charmed... for a market menu at... 25 euros 😍 Hold on tight, here's the menu and my review: Starter: Salmon and shrimp ceviche with avocado mousse Deliciously fresh and pleasant on the palate. Bravo! Main Course: Veal fillet with carrot mousseline and green beans The veal was magnificently tender. The reduced cooking jus was smooth and flavorful. Magnificent! Dessert: Mango and passion fruit entremet I'm still savoring it! Conclusion: EXCEPTIONAL meal for 25 euros. It makes me want to come back in the evening to taste, savor, and enjoy the offerings of this Gers restaurant. Go for it, it's a gem of a restaurant! PS: I can't seem to share the photos of this delicious meal. Sorry.

A gorgeous restaurant in the heart of the French countryside with warm service and delicious food. We went for a family dinner where my father had asked them to prepare Mexican food (not their normal offering). Absolutely delicious and each course was announced before it came out. The age range of guests was 80 to 5 and everything in between. We all loved it. Merci Le Florida ❤️
