A welcoming restaurant on two levels. The staff is attentive to requests and makes adjustments. The buffet is very varied and the service is very fast. The only drawback when it's busy is the noise. I would recommend installing partitions to reduce the noise. I highly recommend it.

The manager's attitude, whose name I believe is Sylvie, was truly disappointing, which made the welcome less than warm. I hope this will improve in the future.

Excellent selection of dishes, desserts, and other products. Impeccable service in both hot and cold weather. Very good value for money. The plantains were delicious, however, the fish on the menu is too often breaded on Fridays, so it's not great.

I've been eating lunch at the Flunch in Aizenay very regularly for a few months now, and I have to say it's really convenient… and above all, very pleasant! The side dishes are good and varied, which is a real plus when you come often. The team is always smiling, and you can tell there's great teamwork among the staff: everyone is on their toes, and it's a pleasure to see. The only thing that struck me on my first visit concerns the protective screens above the food (hot and cold). I get the impression they're mainly there for show: they're too high, poorly angled, and not wide enough, which means they don't protect against droplets or sneezes. I'm simply sharing this observation constructively, because otherwise the establishment is really well run, and it's always a pleasure to come and eat lunch there.

I appreciate Flunch Aizenay for the quality of the meals and the welcoming staff. The crepes are also very good.
