We stopped by this evening, as we do every week. It's finally time to leave a review 🙂.
Late afternoon/this evening, a lady (Albana) was in charge, and she took excellent care of the buffet and us. Everything was piping hot, perfectly cooked, and nothing was missing. There were potatoes, like Duchess potatoes, which were cooked perfectly. She managed everything brilliantly on her own ☺️. It's a welcome change from some evenings where sometimes there's only the bare minimum, and sometimes not even cooked properly... A huge thank you to her again ✨.

The biggest problem is hygiene! The chairs, tables, and floors are always dirty, and the toilets are disgusting. I come often, and I notice it's always the same, even at different times of day. The reception is very good, but as for the service, I think they're understaffed because it's not up to par. But it's not their fault; they can't do anything about it. They do everything they can to satisfy us despite their limited resources.

The restaurant is quite small and often full; it's difficult to find a seat or move around. The food is good, however, there isn't a huge selection of dishes. The staff is welcoming. A good restaurant overall.

Hello, spent today at 4. Nothing to say about the food part. On the other hand, the women's toilets are disgusting.......... And I weigh my words!! Even if some people are not very clean, that does not justify the state of the toilets to reach this state of filth. In the coffee corner and ice/water machine, the water carafes were turned upside down on dirt. A quick wipe with a sponge before putting the carafes back would have been welcome. The basics of hygiene in a food environment!
