At 11 p.m. Friday while we are desperately looking for a restaurant to eat at 6, The New Goa staff welcomes us with a smile, a welcome cocktail and excellent, hearty cuisine. Fast and attentive service I highly recommend

28/08/2024: It was great, warm welcome, delicious dishes, reasonable prices, generous quantity, explanations of traditions (banana leaf, little "digestive sweets" at the end, etc.) I recommend with my eyes closed!

12/09/2024: We came today to eat together and it was great! The lady was really nice and helpful, we had a small problem with our reservation (of our own making) and she was very understanding until we resolved the problem. The place is very well decorated, a pleasure for the eyes, the menu was very good and really copious. I put a particular point on the cocktail which was light and really refreshing. Nothing to say.
10/09/2024: Went for the mixed appetiser (samosa etc), and a naan. All good except one of the sauces were bland and the chicken tikka had little flavor. Mains were fish vindaloo and chicken brochette tandoori. Vindaloo sauce was very food, but fish was very small portion for the price. Half of it was potato. Chicken tandoori was bland (same as the starter) and came with a bland sauce (never had it with a sauce since, if done as expected, no sauce is needed). Not going back and trying a similar priced Indian somewhere else
